Diana:Day 8

Today’s the major day of actually looking into things. We visited the veiled market to see if we could gather some information, converging on a nut seller who had a silde hustle of selling firearms. After Kiren buttered up the guy with a few coins, we had a tustle, got a few names, and left. Luckily their terms of “teach them a lesson” didn’t require the lesson to actually land. All we know is that we are being targeted for snooping into buisness of the major families.

Before we head to the bonehouse tonight we are taking a bit of a pitstop back in with lavinia to see if there are any details we misses at first.

We’re on our way over now. Aparently there’s something I missed somewhere about knowing what’s on the side other side of a card. Kiren and Charles seem very confident however so i’m  not too worried. Hell, for all I know it was something in the time displaced ramblings on that proffessor.

Composition and notes of the bone golems:

-sets off charles, clearly undead or is powered by sand. (yet to inquire)

-composed of many bones of differing species.

Dragon segment, human upper and low arm structures, wyvern jaw and claws, griffin spine, kobold tibia, wild goblin talons, chimera pelvic bone, cyclops rib structure, death web abdomen, babau horns, I should really stop writing these down and focus

-remotley controlled

Possibly via minion binding, or through control over magical core of some kind. (undertermined)

From gambling I found that the heart I found in the bear, and most likely what is used in some form to create the conflicting skeleton golems. They are refered to as morpheus’s tears or black tears. Lastly I left a good impression on Mortimer, and as such earned us another token to enter again if we need to. it should last till next week,

We are going to follow a man who knows quite a bit about the deamyards and see what we can get out of him. if it is a success we got quite a good sum of information today. Here’s hoping.

Some monsters ended up taking off with our guy so back to square one. Luckily, The robot had the foresight to go send a letter and got a response. Tomorrow we revisit our favorite nut dealer.
