Diana:Day 15 part 2
As we clear Penderghast manor we’ve had to chase down and put to rest the 3 muses of Gregor. They seem fueled by impossible grudges and we were forced to forcefully ferry the muses in the left wing and back of the manor. The manor itself was rather disturbing. A trapped soul in a bedroom, and some disturbing visages of Gregor’s father. A far deeper examination of the manor was performed by a talkative pixie recorder so I won’t bother as we still have more to tend to today before we rest.
Well that was a fucking mistake. I am so exhausted, from legal proceedings, impromptu combat, and an abomination mocking our judgement. Ill write more specifics after a rest.
Writing this in the morning of day 16 after having some time to rest. Our evening was spent doing what we assumed would be an easy in and out, however it should have been immediately obvious that that would not happen as an emissary of the withering man interrupted our traversal to sort out a meeting between Geist and Moira. We decided to not yet consider the messenger until we entered the meeting we originally came here for and this was apparently a mistake. We traveled to Moira’s realm after meticulously arguing conditions of our safety to avoid fey shenanigans, and despite our best effort we had to fight off entities that invaded the realm that spewed the worst pollen. After cleaning up their mess we spent too much time arguing specific terms that long story short ended with us turning down 2 of her propositions, and heavily modifying the last one. We agreed to a limited form of aid for her access to the endless library. We safely exited already fairly tired before the smiling hag Jenny Dreadful decided that any consideration is worth attack. We nearly killed each other, barely making it out alive, both myself and her. After our rude interruption we just collapsed at the golden stag.
